
Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct
At St. Andrews Gymnastics we expect our parents/guardians to:
· Treat Others with Respect
o Always treat athletes, coaches, and members with respect, courtesy and understanding.
· Take Pride in the St. Andrews School’s Facility
o Take care in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and the gymnastics equipment
· Always Speak Positively About Other Athletes, Clubs, and the Sport of Gymnastics
o Never say anything negative about athletes or clubs, including St. Andrews Gymnastics, or the sport of gymnastics in general to other coaches, gymnasts, parents, the media, members of the general public, or on any social media platform.
o Discuss any issues you may have with your child’s coach, the Head Coach or Program Director
· Ensure Athletes are Punctual
o Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their athlete arrives for their training session on time and dressed in the appropriate attire
· Inform Coaching Staff of any Injuries
o Parents/guardians are responsible for informing coaches of any medical concerns or injuries that may affect training
