Registration Instructions

First time registering? You must create an account first.

1. Click LOGIN found at the right-hand corner of the Navigation bar.
2. Select First Time Registering to create a Parent/Guardian account.
3. Entre your email address and password - these will be your login credentials going forward.
   • The first and last name should be the Parent/Guardian name.
4. Click the CREATE ACCOUNT button.
5. Verify your email account.
   • You will receive an email with a link and verification code to your Inbox.
   • You may have to check your Junk or Spam folder, depending on your settings.
6. Once your email is verified, you can login and add new gymnasts to programs.
7. When you get to the Participants page, be sure to add all individuals in your family that will be registering for programs. Please ensure that all fields are filled in correctly.

When you are ready to register a gymnast for a program, please follow the steps below:

1. Click Registration from the menu at the top.
2. Select the program desired and click REGISTER.
   • Competitive and Pre-Competitive Classes are invitation only and require a password for registration purposes
3. Choose the participant you want to register and click ADD.
   • If you are registering multiple children or additional programs, you may do so now.
4. When you are done adding programs/gymnasts, click VIEW CART or click on SHOPPING CART from the top menu.
5. Review your invoice summary. Then choose PAYMENT OPTIONS.
6. From the Payment Options drop down menu choose from Pay in Full or Pay by Installments.
   • Installments is only available to Competitive Gymnasts.
   • We accept E-Transfer, Cash or Cheque.
7. Once you have confirmed your payment selections proceed to BILLING INFORMATION and fill out your contact info.
8. You must read all Waivers and Policies to continue.
   • All Policies must be accepted, except the Photo waiver can be accepted or rejected.
9. Click PAYMENT INFORMATION. 
10. Select Confirm and Pay In person and then click COMPLETE PAYMENT.
11. You will receive an invoice to the e-mail address you provided.
12. Ensure payment is made within 24hrs to reserve your spot. If it is not received within 24hrs then the spot will be released.
